Software company MoxiWorks has invited RateMyAgent to join its coveted partner program, MoxiCloud, Inman has learned in a Feb. 24 statement.
RateMyAgent specializes in facilitating and broadcasting consumer reviews of agents. The software gives agents a variety of tools and tactics to solicit, publish and broadcast how their customers react to their relationship and craft their reputation in the market.
The partnership will enable agents who earn reviews to “automatically amplify them on their MoxiWorks-powered websites,” according to the statement.
MoxiWorks Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships Krista Hannahs said she was thrilled with the latest partnership.
“Reviews play a crucial role in an agent’s marketing and sales efforts, and RateMyAgent is one of the most trusted platforms for buyers and sellers seeking real estate professionals,” Hannahs said. “We’re committed to delivering unmatched value to the more than 3,000 brokerages and 400,000 agents we serve, which is why we offer the industry’s most integrated sales and marketing platform.”
The release said that RateMyAgent has helped its customers, totaling 350,000 agents, accumulate 2.7 million reviews. It partnered with the National Association of Realtors in 2023 to publish agent reviews on the organization’s agent finder tool.
MoxiWorks is in the midst of a long-term revamp of its products and approach to helping agents, a January Inman report said.
In addition to it being the first full year under new CEO Eric Elfman, the company has landed a significant round of financing to support its plans for the coming year, Inman learned in January.
Funds came in from MoxiWorks’ existing ownership group, including Vector Capital and brokerages Howard Hanna Real Estate Services and Windermere Real Estate.
“This includes the development of expanded, modern capabilities that align with how agents work today, including an intuitive user interface that relies on AI and automation to streamline workflows and provide valuable insights that allow agents to work faster and smarter, and ultimately win more business,” the company said at the time.
MoxiCloud consists of a colorful spectrum of partner service providers in an open environment to support and enhance the MoxiWorks ecosystem. It gives customers additional software resources on which to rely, leveraging simple integrations and a natural overlap of business needs. Members include Dotloop, Zavvie, RealReports, BombBomb, BoxBrownie, Docusign, CallAction and Skyslope among many others.
“The timing couldn’t be more perfect, as brokerages and major real estate brands are increasingly looking to integrate scalable marketing tools for their agents,” said Jim Crisera, CEO of RateMyAgent, in the release. “Our partnership with MoxiWorks provides RateMyAgent customers with a seamless, automated solution to gather reviews after each transaction. Additionally, it extends our reach by embedding testimonials across MoxiWorks-powered brokerage, agent, and team websites.”
