Brooklynite hipster and Second Stepdaughter Ella Emhoff attended the Democratic National Convention in Chicago to support her dad and Momala (a.k.a. Vice President Kamala Harris), and she did it in her usual quirky style, carrying a purse with a chocolate chip cookie on it. If thereâs a deeper meaning here, I missed it, but itâs very cute!
Emhoff, a 25-year-old artist and model, chose a Thom Browne suit for night two of the DNC (after a Helmut Lang tank and camo cap combo the night prior, which freaked people out for some reason), and accessorized with a disposable camera and the $545 cookie bag from up-and-coming brand Puppets and Puppets. No, thatâs not a real cookie; itâs resin. (Better than raisin, amiright?)
