Emily Ratajkowski Packed Trophy Vintage For London Fashion Week

Emily Ratajkowski is on a vintage streak right now. After wearing a cut-out Jean Paul Gaultier dress to the VMAs last week (referencing a famous Christina Aguilera look from the Noughties), she stepped out in more trophy vintage while in London.

Ahead of Vogue World: London on Thursday night, the model and author was spotted in a John Galliano for Dior dress from his Rastafari-inspired capsule collection from 2004, featuring the French fashion house’s monogram print and a green, yellow and red stripe. To finish off the look, EmRata added her favourite vintage Dior logo boots, which she’s often been photographed in over the past year, along with a Prada Arqué shoulder bag.

Ratajkowski is not the only celebrity who’s a fan of the 2004 Dior capsule: Kim Kardashian wore a vintage bikini from the collection back in 2017, while Dua Lipa wore the same bikini top, this time with a matching skirt and socks, during her Future Nostalgia tour in 2022. Earlier this summer, Rosalía was also spotted wearing a pair of heels from the collection while in Greece.

It’s clear that Emily Ratajkowski has a particular penchant for John Galliano’s Dior era, with the model spotted in the designer’s famous newspaper-print dress from autumn/winter 2000 during New York Fashion Week in September 2022, as well as red minidress from spring/summer 2003 at a Kérastase party in Paris the following month. We can’t wait to see which piece from the designer’s archive she adds to her growing collection next.
