Yes, she has a right to privacy, but given that King Charles III is also being treated for medical issues (cancer), and that all the top four royals (Charles, Queen Camilla, Kate, Prince William) are taking time off from royal duties to deal with these illnesses, many started to wonder if something was…afoot.
